Online registration is necessary for all participants. Please sign up at first. Registered user could submit abstract, paper as well as perform other operations in his/her online account. The registration fees and its discription are listed as follow. Participants are strongly recommended to make an early registration before May 1st, 2010 if possible due to change of currency exchange rate.

   Please note that all payment should be made in RMB. For US dollars & Euro, all fees should be paid according to the current exchange rate.

        Tips：Wire transfers usually takes 2~3 days. But it also can take up to 3 weeks, though the average is much lesser. Please contact your bank and plan ahead.

      Participants also could pay all fees on the first registration day. Cashes (only RMB) or credit card (Visa & Master Card ) are acceptable at registration site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

      Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to MG-13 local committee. Please indicate a bank account to receive the refunded money.

      Cancellation made before June 1st. 2010, the total prepaid money will be refunded. If cancellations after this date, 40% registration fee will be charged for administrative expenses.

      If we are forced to cancel the conference due to any reason beyond our control, the conference fee already paid will be refunded as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by bank transfer. Any bank costs and money transfer costs will be deducted from the prepaid money.
