EAPPC'06 will set an award for outstanding young researchers.
Candidate Policies
      The candidates should be under 35 years old and present their papers in person at the conference.
The papers should be first published with high academic level.
Nomination and Review
      The members of Technical Committee and Organizer Committee nominate the candidates before August 15,2006.
     At most 5 candidates will be granted the Outstanding Young Researcher Award by the Organizer Committee with certification and award.
