Guideline

      If you are new registrant, first click the New Register button on the left side and input your alias, password and e-mail address you are going to use it for your login。 Don’t forget to submit your information before login.

      If you have already registered, just use your alias and password to log in.

     Only after login, you could submit your abstracts, papers and make your registration for the conference including registration fee payment, hotel reservation, accompanying person’s information and so on. Additional, submit abstract is just paste it on the corresponding blank block in txt format while submit the full paper in the form of file, ‘*.doc’ or ‘*.pdf’.

     You need not to finish all blanks at one time. You could revise or add your information anytime before clicking  Button or Sept.15, 2006

Attention

1. Most important: once the Button be clicked or time researches the deadline Sept.15,2006, all information will be locked automatically. Then you can not revise your data anymore. Please check your information carefully before clicking the  Button.

2. Don’t forget to click Button to refresh the data in database after any changing.

3. Sessions marked with ‘*’ must be filled.

4. For guarantee room reservation, please choose the hotel and room type before June 28,2006.

Registration Fees

① Proceedings (hard copy and CD), lunches and dinners, coffee break, welcome reception, conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program are included for regular registrant.

② Proceedings (hard copy and CD), conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program are not included for student registrant (for student registrant, Conference Proceedings could be purchased at $50 for hard copy and $30 for CD. Ticket for conference banquet and Chinese style performance at $40,ticket for social program at $80).

③ Lunches and dinners, coffee break, welcome reception, conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program are included for exhibitor registrants. But only one proceedings (hard copy and CD) for one company.

④ Welcome reception, conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program, companion program are included for companion registrants.

Payment

  Both registration fee and accommodation fee should be transferred to an appointed account. Please following these steps:

(Cash (RMB, EURO, U.S. dollar) or credit card (AmEx, Diners, JCB, Visa, Master Card) are acceptable at registration desk, and Foreign Currency Exchange are available at Conference Hotel.)

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made by writing to the EAPPC’06 Local Committee. Cancellations made before 1st August 2006 will be subject to an administrative charge of $50. If you made cancellations between 1st August and 1st September, $150 will be deducted from your registration fee. No refunds for cancellations made after 1st September 2006.If for any reason beyond our control we are forced to cancel the conference, the conference fee already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible after deduction of an overhead not exceeding 10%.(Bank will take a little charge for the transfer.)
