Authors are advised to use the Microsoft Word to prepare their papers. Other file type is also accepted if layout of paper is following the format requirements below carefully. If using MS word，please download templet.doc file here, you could see detailed specification or make yours directly on it for convenience.

General Layout

Please choose letter size A4 (21.0 cm ´ 29.7 cm; 8.27 in ´ 11.69 in).The content of paper is required arranged in two columns which layout of the text is illustrated in Fig. 1.

Fonts

Please use Times New Roman (in bold or italic) and Symbol from the standard postscript set of fonts. More specifications, please see following table.

Title	In 14pt bold uppercase letters and be centred on the page. To include a funding support statement, put an asterisk after the title and a footnote at the bottom of the first column on page
Author/ Address	In 12pt. Primary author should be first, be centred
Section Headings	Section headings should not be numbered. They should use 12pt bold uppercase letters and be centred in the column.
Subsection Headings	Subsection headings should not be numbered. They should use 12pt italic letters and be left aligned in the column.
Paragraph Text	Paragraphs should use 10pt font and be justified (touch each side) in the column. The beginning of each paragraph should be indented approximately 3 mm (0.13 in).
Figures, Tables	All figures and tables must be given sequential numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) and have captions (10pt font) placed below figures and above tables being described. Captions should be centred in the column.
Equations	If a displayed equation needs a number, place it flush with the right margin of the column. Units should be written using the roman font, not the italic font.
References	All bibliographical and web references should be numbered and listed at the end of the paper in a section called “References.” in size 10pt
Acronyms	Acronyms should be defined the first time they appear.
Length	no more than 4 pages ( 6 pages for invited papers) total.

Presentation Information

Use your ID number as the file name of your paper. For example: if your ID number is “Tue-I 01”, then the paper file should be Tue-I 01.doc and the oral presentation file should be Tue-I 01.ppt. The conference program based on paper ID is on our website, from which you can check your exact presentation time. The available size for poster is 1meter* 2meter; the oral presentation schedule is show in the conference program.
