Registration & Fees

     Online registration is necessary to all participate. Please sign up at first. User could submit abstract, paper as well as perform other operations in his/her online account. Details on how to use online account could be found in the account. The registration fees are listed in the following table. Participants are strongly recommended to make an early registration before May 1st ,2008 if possible due to dramatic change of currency exchange rate.

① The registration fees above don’t include accommodation fee.

② Proceedings (hard copy and CD), lunches and dinners, coffee break, welcome reception, conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program are included for regular registrant.

③ Proceedings (hard copy and CD), conference banquet and Chinese style performance ,social program are not included for student registrant  A better alternative choice is provided for students. Students could enjoy these by ordering items which they like with low rate. Rates could be available on the registration day.

④ The registration fees for exhibitor includes one suit of proceedings (hard copy and CD) , also covers registration fees for one regular participant. If team members are more than one person, others could register just like regular participants having same complimentary.

⑤ Welcome reception, conference banquet and Chinese style performance, social program, companion program are included for companion registrants.

Payment Method

Participants could choose prepay or pay on site. If prepay before May.1st 2008 the discount rate is available. Due to security consideration, for prepay, bank transfer (WIRE Transfers) is the only payment choice. Please follow the following instruction to finish your payment.

Please note that all payment should be made in U.S. dollar, Euro, or RMB. For US dollars & Euro, all fees should be paid according to the current exchange rate. All payments will have to be net of all bank charges.

Please do not forget to ask your bank to include your name as the issuer of the transference. Collective remittances must be accompanied with a list of participants’ name and payment details for each person.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to BEAMS’08 local committee. Please indicate a bank account to receive the refunded money.

Cancellation made before June 1^st. 2008, the total prepaid money will be refunded. If cancellations after this date, 40% registration fee and one night accommodation fee will be charged for administrative expenses.

       If for any reason beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the conference, the conference fee already paid will be refunded as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the conference. Any bank costs and money transfer costs will be deducted from the prepaid money.
