ShaanXi Guesthouse, also called Zhangbagou Guesthouse, is the site of the conference. All technical sessions, business exhibitions, the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet will be held there.
        The hotel is located at Zhangbagou where the name was originated from a Chinese folktale. It is said that Weizheng, a famous prime minister of Tang dynasty, an old powerful empire over one thousand years ago, once cut the head of a dragon here. The hotel, built in 1950s,20th century, was designed as a big garden covering an area of 260,000 square meters with a lake of 45,000 square meters inside it. For a long time being in the past, it played an important diplomatic role for the leaders of the country to greet foreign guests. Four chairmen of China, Shaoqi Liu, Xiaoping Deng, Zemin Jiang and Jintao Hu once lived here. Over 100 important political officials from more than 50 countries, have once enjoyed their stay here too.
        Shaanxi Guesthouse consists of 11 luxuriously-equipped buildings with elegant and comfortable surroundings. There are many kinds of room types in it from villa to ordinary room. The local organizing committee has reserved its building 2,4,5,9 and 10 for the conference. Special price are listed according to the room type in different buildings.
